Author Guidelines
Scholars, academicians, and practitioners worldwide are invited to submit manuscripts. Manuscript Preparation
The basic formatting requirements of the manuscript include the following:

Structure Requirements
To ensure consistency, manuscripts should be organized in the following general order:
- ▪Title Page: Title of the paper, author name(s), affiliations, and contact details.
- ▪Abstract: 250–300 words outlining objectives, methodology, and major findings.
- ▪Keywords: 4–6 relevant terms representing the core theme of the research.
- ▪Introduction: Background information and clearly defined research objectives.
- ▪Methodology: Research design, tools, and data collection procedures.
- ▪Results and Discussion: Presentation and interpretation of findings.
- ▪Conclusion: Summary of key findings and their implications.
- ▪References: APA 7th edition citation and referencing style.
Submission Process
Authors must submit manuscripts through the official online submission system by following these steps:

- ▪Upload the manuscript in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
- ▪Include a brief cover letter explaining the originality and significance of the research.
- ▪(Optional but recommended) Suggest 3–5 potential reviewers with institutional email addresses.
Ethical & Other Requirements
To maintain responsible publication standards, authors must ensure the following:

- ▪Conflict of Interest statement disclosing any financial or personal associations.
- ▪Funding disclosure including grant numbers and sponsoring bodies, if applicable.
